Day 1 of 120: The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions

Measurements and pics have been taken. Another 16 week transformation challenge has begun. It’s been about 3 weeks since I “completed” my first IsaBody Challenge meaning I submitted my before/after pics and my essay. That’s not to say that I was as strict or as focused as I had intended!

That’s the thing: The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Well, I not only intend to blog my daily journey, I will do it!

Today, 6/26/17: Woke up with slight headache and a little anxiety. Many mornings I struggle with my positive intentions for the day. Just shutting off that voice that says, “Stay in bed, sleep, cancel everything!” is strong. What helps me is accountability to my clients, peers, and followers. In general, I’m feeling more focused than ever and just ready to take it day by day. I will do my best.

Weight Loss Tip: Instead of obsessing over your weight on the scale, establish a body fat percentage goal.
